For Metropolitan France :
  • Colissimo home delivery: €7; delivery in 2 to 3 business days after dispatch
  • Colissimo to my post office: Free for orders over €150, otherwise €5; delivery in 2 to 3 business days after dispatch
  • Colissimo to my retailer: Free for orders over €150, otherwise €5; delivery in 2 to 3 business days after dispatch
  • Chronopost Relais Pick up: €8; delivery in 24 business hours
  • Chronopost: €15; delivery the next day before 1 pm from dispatch
  • Courier (available only for orders with delivery in Paris intra-muros): €10; delivery within 3 hours for orders placed before 4 pm, Monday to Friday. For orders placed over the weekend, delivery starts from 11 am on Monday
  • Tracked letter (for orders under €70): €4, delivery in 2 to 3 business days after dispatch
  • In-store pickup: Free, Monday to Saturday, from 11 am to 7:30 pm
For the European Union and Switzerland :
  • DHL or Chronopost Europe : €15; home delivery in 2 to 3 days after dispatch
For the rest of the world :
  • DHL : €35, home delivery in 2 to 3 days after dispatch
For embroidered items, an additional delivery time of 5 days is expected.
Yes, you can modify your delivery address if the status of your order is "Payment accepted." You can see this status in your account under "History and details of my orders." Please write us at contact@hircus.fr to proceed with the modification.
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a tracking number via email, which will allow you to monitor its progress during delivery. You can also find this tracking number in your account under "History and details of my orders."
If you have chosen delivery to a post office or a pick-up point, it's possible that the tracking information has not been updated. We recommend visiting the location to check if your parcel has arrived. For other delivery methods, please contact our customer service : contact@hircus.fr
If your parcel is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your concierge or neighbors to see if they have received it on your behalf. If not, or if your order status indicates "returned to sender," please contact our customer service : contact@hircus.fr
