You can modify or cancel your order if its status shows as "Payment accepted." You can view this status from your account under "History and details of my orders." Please write us at contact@hircus.fr to make any modifications.
If your order is already being prepared or shipped, unfortunately, no further changes can be made. You have 14 days from receipt to return the order if desired.
Firstly, please check your spam/junk folder to ensure that the order confirmation email did not end up there. If you still haven't received it, you can contact our customer service at contact@hircus.fr.
We will verify that your order has been correctly registered and address any questions you may have.
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a tracking number via email, which will allow you to monitor its progress during delivery. You can also find this tracking number in your account under "History and details of my orders."
