Delivery and returns
Delivery
We deliver products in metropolitan France, Switzerland, and in countries of the European Union.
In France, delivery costs are :
- Colissimo pick-up point: below 150 euros: 5 euros / above 150 euros: free
- Colissimo home delivery: 7 euros
- Tracked letter: 4 euros
- Boutique pick-up: free
- Chrono pick-up point: 8 euros
- Chronopost home delivery: 15 euros
- Courier (in Paris only): 10 euros
Deliveries outside mainland France are subject to charges.
For embroidered pieces, an additional delivery time of 5 days is to be expected.
Orders placed after 8 am are shipped the following business day. This timeframe is given as an indication and is subject to the effective receipt of payment. Shipments will then be handled by a transport provider (Colissimo, Chronopost or DHL) who will transport the items to the delivery address provided by the customer.
The delivery times indicated by the carriers are as follows:
Metropolitan France
- Colissimo my Post Office: 48 business hours from the shipment of your order. You will be notified by SMS of the availability of your package and will have 10 days to pick it up at the chosen Post Office. Beyond this period, your order will be returned to us and the reshipment of your package will be charged at the current rate of a Colissimo my Home.
- Colissimo my Merchant: 48 business hours from the shipment of your order. You can then have it delivered to a merchant of your choice (Relais Pick-up). Your package will be available for pick-up for 10 business days after delivery. You can also choose to have it delivered to a Pick-up locker and then have 3 business days to pick up your order once it is available. In both options, you will receive an email and an SMS indicating the availability of your package at the chosen delivery location. If you do not pick up your order within the specified time frame, your order will be returned to us and the reshipment of your package will be charged at the current rate of a Colissimo my Home.
- Colissimo signature required: 48 business hours from the shipment (Saturday delivery). In case of absence at the time of delivery, a notice will be left at your home indicating which Post Office to pick up your package.
- Chronopost Relais Pick up: within 1 business day (order placed before 1 pm) from the shipment to the Pick up relay of your choice. You will be notified by SMS of the availability of your package and will have 7 days to pick it up. Beyond this period, your order will be returned to us.
- Hircus express delivery: within 3 hours, in Paris intra-muros only. You must be physically present at the address indicated during the 3 hours following the order. In case of absence at the time of delivery, the package will be returned to us and you can pick it up directly in the store. You can also request a second delivery by courier, which will be charged at 10 euros. If you place an order with this delivery method after 4 pm on weekdays, your order will be delivered the next day between 11 am and 2 pm. If you place an order during the weekend or after 4 pm on Friday, your order will be shipped the following Monday between 11 am and 2 pm.
- DHL: 24 business hours from the shipment (Saturday delivery).
- In-store pickup at Hircus: if the product ordered is available in store, it can be picked up immediately after the order is placed. If the product is not available in store at the time of the order, the ordered product(s) will be delivered to the store you have chosen, via Colissimo within 48 business hours. Once your order is available in store, you will receive an email indicating that your order is ready for pickup. The order will be handed over during the store's opening hours and upon presentation of an ID. In-store pickup is free.
Europe, Switzerland, and Corsica
- DHL or Chronopost Europe at 15€: J+5 from the shipment.
Returns: exchanges and refunds
You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to inform us of your intention to return the products to us (for a refund or exchange). Once your request is made, you have an additional 14 days to return your order to us.
To make your Christmas holiday shopping easier, we’ve extended our return policy. All orders placed from November 8 onward can be returned until January 8, 2025.
In the case of a refund, the delivery costs of the initial order will not be refunded.
We offer you the option to exchange your item for free, depending on available stock. Indeed, once your item is exchanged, the reshipping costs are free if you reside in the European Union. If this is not the case, the corresponding taxes will be charged to you.
Beyond an exchange, we always accept returns for exchange, but the costs related to the return of the new order will be at the customer's expense.
Once the first exchange is made, any other exchange will be at the customer's expense (return and reshipping costs). Refunds are not possible on a product that has already been exchanged.
In metropolitan France and outside, if you have benefited from a commercial offer at the time of your order offering you a product:
- in the case of a full return: then the free product must also be returned with your order. If the product is not returned, the amount of the product will then be deducted from the amount of your refund.
- in the case of a partial return: if the product is offered from a minimum purchase and your order, after deducting the returned product(s), is then below the minimum purchase, the free product must be returned with your order. If the product is not returned, the amount of the product will then be deducted from the amount of your refund.
METROPOLITAN FRANCE Return shipping is free.

You will have the option to choose between a store credit (which will give you 5% more than the purchase value of the returned item), an exchange, or a refund. Once your return is created, you can download your return label.
OUTSIDE METROPOLITAN FRANCE Return shipping is at your expense.

Once the return is created, you can at any time click here or go to your account, in the "Product Returns" section, to download your return label again or to track the different stages of your return.
The refund is made within 14 days from the receipt of your return; the amount of the returned items is credited to the credit card used for the order after a quality check. The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, not damaged, washed, or worn; the original packaging and any accessories (tags, tissue paper, tote bag, etc.) must also be included in the return.
Please note that we only offer refunds for purchases made on our website hircus.fr. For any purchase of an item in store, only exchange or credit creation will be offered to you.
